I use this one, and there is a place where I can load it about a mile from my house at one of those check cashing places. I think once I established it, it costs like $1 or $2 to load it, no matter how much I put it. But I use that for the online casinos, some Real Time Gaming sites I'm playing. As to Pokerstars, I have always just funded it right out of my checking account, and then they pay me with a check.

Here's the credit card thingie.

Just to be clear, I do live in the United States. Hope that helps.
