[vpFREE] Re: Four Queens cashback free-play match??

My wife and I just returned from a stay at 4Q's. There is some confusion within the players club personnel about how this program works. One time we got our free play match without drawing down cashback (yeah!), another time they wanted to redeem all of our accrued cashback just to get the day's freeplay match, and the last time they just redeemed cashback in the amount of the freeplay earned (this is the way the program is supposed to work. There was also no one that could tell us when the 24 hour period started and stopped, but we figured out it was midnight after the first day.

But other than the confusion, this was a nice extra bonus we had not counted on from our play there.
