As of last month both Caesars anf Trump plaza have plenty of full-pay Jacks. With comps, promotions and room offers you would be hard pressed not to get back 100%.

When Trump Plaza had 16 All American Poker machines, they were constantly filled, they were replaced by games which were hardly used.
