typically has a huge influx of Asian gamblers during Christmas week, and
I've seen the buffet line more than tripling back on itself with hundreds of
people in line. The 'sights' can get pretty crowded, increasingly so as
Christmas leads up to New Year's Eve. I'm going back for Christmas myself :)
and am purposely going the 24th to the 27th, rather than holiday week
itself. But, any event, it's festive and fun, so enjoy!
And the best advice given so far is to be sure to check the weather. It can
go either way. I can't tell you how many times I've seen clueless
Northerners shivering in their summer shorts at night.

Hi -- Has anyone here been to Vegas in December? We're renting a house near
the Strip for Xmas. I'm guessing the weather won't permit using the pool?
And do you know how crowded the casinos are likely to be? We usually go in
the Spring, so wondering if late December is less busy. Or maybe more?
