Wow. Kick A _ _ and take names! Awesome example of the "squeeky wheel" at work. You were persistant MistressR and still getting paid. The follow-up on the chain of command with documenting is sound advice. If we let these casino Schmucks push us around, they will keep doing it. It's hard to believe the Golden Nugget would do this... wonder where they dig up these clueless employees.
