[casino_comps] Re: First bad experience in Las Vegas

You definitely should complain regarding bad service, but don't forget about the good guys, either. I make it a regular practice to send an e-mail or letter in praise of good service I have received from a casino employee. If I get a response, it is usually just a form letter. However, I know from speaking to at least a couple of people about whom I have written that a copy of my letter went in their employee file.

I just got back from Las Vegas and am going to send off a note about a maintenance worker at Paris.

I don't do this to receive anything in exchange, although I wouldn't mind some good karma for my gambling!
