[casino_comps] Re: First bad experience in Las Vegas

I'm a fairly mellow guy and I don't let too much bother me. Just point me to the craps table and I'm fine. But the feeling that I had during the whole incident was that everyone wants to cover their ass! They all knew a mistake was made. When I went back to find my bag I sort of expected to meet someone in the management to at least come and talk to me. No one.

After finding my bag, I was led to their VIP check-in area to wait for the person from Lost and Found to bring my bag ALONE. Everyone disappeared. So I just got my bag, check it and left without talking to anyone else.

This is why I was so pissed and why I wrote my experience and posted everywhere.

I still have not heard from them, so for the first time in my life I have written a letter to their CEO today. I will keep the board informed if there is any development.
