[vpFREE] re tipping

Don't forget to tip the maids. We watched one recently when we were in
the room and they came to clean and it was amazing how much they really do,
even if maybe it didn't seem all that necessary (like vacuuming every day),
and how hard they work.

A friend of mine suggested leaving money on the pillow every day, instead
of giving money at the end of the stay, since different maids may be
cleaning on different days, and ever since then we normally tip $2-3 per night by
placing it on the pillow where they are sure to see it.
