I was not clear. I meant confusing to new customers who don't know what the kiosks are for. Other than a poor management decision, there was no reason to seperate the points as we saw at Station properties. They were saying at the gift shop that some customers have tens of thousands of dollars in comps. Anyone that frugal with their points could take decades to spend them. I doubt they will keep those kiosks on the floor for over ten years waiting for a very few customers to use up their old points. Why don't they just admit they made a mistake (like recently when they had $10 NSUD Five Play with 0.25% Free Play and 6X multipliers) and merge the points back into one user friendly system?
