[vpFREE] Palms update...

The bank of .25 20/7 Jokers Wild by Guardano's is no more. They are now located in front of the main entrance in the same machines as 10/7 DB and 10/6 DDB. On the other side in addition to 10/7 DB and 10/6 DDB is now 15/8 LD. All in .25 denomination.
