Confusing how? They are the easiest and most intuitive kiosks I've ever
used, I haven't made a wrong keystroke yet, from the very first time I used
one! The only negative I can think of is that once a voucher is issued, you
can't void it. So check first with the outlet, to make sure they have what
you want to buy.

The investment is already made. Why wouldn't the kiosks remain on the
floor for as long as necessary? There are seven on the floor right now, if the
demand decreases they can reduce the number.

On the other hand, a little caution is always prudent. No harm there. And
I agree that Stations/Fiestas did it better.

I'd be a little cautious. Unlike Stations and Fiestas, they have removed
the old points to a seperate system. I can't see them keeping those
confusing special kiosks forever.
