No, this was an out-of-the-blue, elaborately folded mailer, which I almost just tossed as junk mail, since I had just returned from the cruise, perhaps a month before and wasn't planning another cruise for a long while. I noticed it mentioned the Venetian on the outside, so I just put it unopened in my AC/LV folder. I didn't even open it until I was making reservations for an LV trip two or three month later. I believe it was generated because of play at the casino onboard; my offer was 5x my brides which would be correct ($1 vs. $.25 and a bit more play). We were repeat cruisers on Carnival, and had both been invited to join Carnival's players club, whatever that's called.

I also just received an email from the Venetian which promotes a partnership between Carnival & Venetian with this link:

If you've sailed Carnival and played in the casino, I would try to get in touch with both of these outfits and see if they can hook you up with some sort of a deal.

BTW, IMO, the Venetian is a really nice play to stay and to play at. And Phantom is a fantastic show.

I remember seeing a post about Venetian & carnival cruises. Is this the Seamiles card? How can this card be used at the venetian, rooms? gaming? I mostly do slots. I have well over 100,000 points, I've never been to the venetian before. I'm planning a trip in August and still looking for a place to stay.
