I still have one I picked up in November. It says "total Rewards Promotional Gift Card" The Discover logo is on the back of the card down in the corner. The website is listed as www.mycardinfo.discovernetwork.com

The card says "plastic valid thru 03/11 -- funds expire in 12 mos."

I picked this card up in November and they told me it would expire in October, so they're giving us less than 12 months to use it.
