The first ones I thought of would be the following close plays in normal JoB:

'JT'with flush penalty > KJ
'QT'with flush penalty > AQ

I'm sure there's more. I've never played the game with a 450 SF before and have never given it any thought. Sounds like it would be fun. And about a half percent more 'fun' too :-)
