M RESORT SPA CASINO ENROLLS 100,000th iMAGINE REWARDS MEMBER

LAS VEGAS - (March 25, 2009) - Just 23 days after opening on March 1, M
Resort Spa Casino, the newest $1 billion resort casino located on South Las
Vegas Boulevard and St. Rose Parkway, has enrolled its 100,000th iMagine
Rewards member. Las Vegas local Jason Small became the 100,000th member to
enroll in the resort´s iMagine Rewards club on Monday, March 23. For being
the 100,000th member, Small received an M Resort Getaway Package, which
included a two-night stay, dinner for two and a spa treatment. Small was
visiting the M Resort to celebrate his fiancé´s birthday and also received a
complimentary dinner at Veloce Cibo to celebrate.

Casino officials report that the March goal for signing new iMagine Rewards
members was 25,000, a number they shattered within the first few days of
opening the resort. Additional windows and venues were opened to service the
demand.

The M Resort´s iMagine Rewards club members may use their points for dining,
cash back, complimentary rooms and suites AND free play. Members can also
redeem points at M Resort´s on-site gas station, car wash and pharmacy. $1
played = 1 point. 333 points = $1. The resort offers more than 92,000 square
feet of gaming with more than 1,900 slot machines and 64 table games.
