Re: [vpFREE] Re:Good ways to use up points?

<<Thank you for the opportunity to assist you further. If you would like to
use your Total Rewards Credits to purchase a Gift Card this transaction has
to be done in person at a Total Rewards Center. This is to ensure your
account protection, we want to be able to verify ID to ensure that you are
the person redeeming the Rewards Credits and not someone else. In regard to
the conversion from Rewards Credits to dollars, we generally say 100 Rewards
Credits is $1.>>

Lolly, in the correspondence you got from Harrah's above, the key word in
the last sentence is "generally." If you use RCs for food and other comps
the 100 to $1 usually is the ratio. But in the Total Rewards Catalog their
gift cards are listed at 200 RC = $1.

I was confused by your term "Discover Network card." They don't call them
that in the catalog but I am assuming that is what they refer to as "Total
Rewards Gift Card." Am I right?
