I hear you about the attitude of some of the Strip properties towards their
patrons. For them to refuse to redeem the coins with which *they* paid you
is inexcusable, IMO.
Please don't take it out on the maid, though. She has nothing to do with
what happens on the casino floor. She and her fellow housekeepers are probably
the hardest workers in the place and the lowest paid. They deserve to be
treated with respect, if they do their jobs well (as most of them do).
