I hope you are not planning to use the scooter to go from the Rio to the
Strip. Last time I checked, it was tricky even to walk it. Unless it has
changed since I have been there, there is no sidewalk over I-15. The traffic on
the cross street (Flamingo?) is heavy and dangerous.
