Thanks Fanny. This reminds me I have to send a letter of complaint to the Venetian/Palazzo.

As for the Palms -- I signed up when I got there, and there was a promo for new players who get so many points in the first 48 hours. So I got a baseball cap, which my husband liked. And...a toothpick holder -- WTF?

Otherwise, I had heard that they were voted last year as having the best slots and VP, but it was nothing special as far as I could see.
