Couldn't help but get a little chuckle out of this post, especially after reading the post you'd sent out shortly before this one about your stay at CAESARS LV. Perhaps it's some of the very things you were critical of about that Strip experience, that prompt people to choose downtown instead.

"Just returned from LV today. Stayed at CP Augustus tower. Room was
nice, but the shower leaked. It was fixed once but still leaked
less). Housekeeping/Engineering slow to respond. What really pissed
me off was the outright refusal of CP, both the cashier and the
casino host, to redeem my change. Had to leave carrying about 5
pounds of change won in the slot machines and paid out by the ticket
redeemer machines. Next time I will leave my maid's tip in change.
See if she can do her job carrying the change in HER pocket. They
just have no respect for the casino patrons anymore."
