While its true that Rio has the largest and generally best rooms out of your available choices I would still recomend staying at Harrahs.

1. At check in request a recently renovated room, comfortable beds and flat screen tv's
2. Harrahs is just really convienent especially for people who play poker. Harrahs has a decent poker room and is walking distance to many great rooms.
