Yes. Base is 0.1%. You get 0.3% all days except on multiplier days when you 0.6% if it is 6X points. When you think about it, it's kind of the same deal as being Emerald at a Boyd property.

I don't see how you get the daily 3X points at Palms Station this month however because at Stations properties you have to swipe at kiosk everyday to get it and it was not on the kiosk for me.
