My understanding is that in 2013 only it is 100,000 tier points excluding bonus tier points or 150,000 including bonus tier points.

It would be simpler if they just required all players whether you earned 7* in 2013 or not to get to 150K for all future years. Maybe that is the case. An answer would be appreciated.
