The IRS can also send you a duplicate, but in the past they haven't had them
available until August or so. You don't actually need the piece of paper to
send with your return unless tax was withheld.

If the casino gave you a W2-G, they probably won't mail you anything else.
Check on their web site, or call directly, to see if they will send you a
duplicate.
