I've seen Super Double Double Bonus.  It seems to have everything.  Small quads with kickers, face cards with A,K,Q,J kicker, the works.  And several different pay tables.  It's fun too.

Double Aces and Faces is also a fun game.  It's essentially DDB  with quad face cards being the bonus quads.  The FP version is 9/7/5, with 1-1 return for two pair.

Shame on ME!   My only excuse is that I had just taken the first sip of my morning coffee when I posted the above.  This explains the extra "D" I put in Double Bonus!  Dbl A&F is a variation of 9/7 DOUBLE Bonus, Not DDB.  There are no additional kicker payoffs in the game.
