[vpFREE] Bounce-Back Cash At Bally's AC

Anyone have any recent experience with this? I'm referring to actual cash back available on your next visit up to 90 days, not the free slot play coupons. The percentage seems to have dropped. I play only the standard $1 9/6 JOB (progressive at Bally's), and usually it is in the 0.20%-0.22% range, but the last two times in October it was 0.15% and 0.13%. I'm wondering if this was due to taking advantage of their October offers of $60 cash for earning 1000 base reward credits. Did they factor in my offer and take that into account when figuring how much cash back to give me? Or is this an overall change in policy to reduce cash back?

I'll see what happens this time, when I went on Halloween weekend my offer (good once for each half of the month, Sun.-Fri.) was $30 cash for 700 credits. I did this on Sunday and played exactly 700 credits with 7x bonus comps, but then I played for another 2200 credits with no special offers on Monday. I also played a lot at the Showboat on Sunday when they had 10x bonus comps. Their cash back was always less than Bally's. I rarely play there (except for the $10 and $20 free play coupons they frequently send me) and the last time I earned enough to get cash back was in January and the cash back rate was about 0.12%. Has it dropped since, or is it the same?

Also, does anyone know if eating at the Diamond Club and having my card swiped there counts as a day gambling and reduces my ADT (or if I use a free buffet coupon)? I usually eat at the Showboat Diamond Club because I like the food better. If I start gambling there more often (for example, when they have 10x bonus comps) but also eat there on days I don't gamble, I don't want to mess myself up.

One last question, does anyone know why there are no free turkey offers this year? I got this at Bally's the last 2 years but I guess they're not doing it this year, or maybe I just got left out. Thanks in advance, and I'll let everyone know about my cash back when I find out.
