[casino_comps] Re: First bad experience in Las Vegas

I, too, received great service from every Paris employee I encountered. One slot attendant walked me all over the floor pointing out the locations of my favorite games.

One of the best things about Paris is that you don't have to walk a mile to get to your room, or the pool, or the casino.

The only negative comment I have is that the buffet has really gone downhill. It's too bad. It had always been a favorite.

I make it a regular practice to send an e-mail or letter in praise of good service I have received from a casino employee. If I get a response, it is usually just a form letter. However, I know from speaking to at least a couple of people about whom I have written that a copy of my letter went in their employee file.
