will deposit your marker in 7 days, over $1,000 they give you 14 days. The
unstated rule is that if you take a marker and have a winning trip the
marker should be paid in full before you depart the casino!

In New Jersey state regulations govern markers, in the Nevada the casinos
can do whatever they want - 30 days is a standard policy, it is not the law.
Some casinos will not give you the 30 days on first trip without arrangement
with a host, they want to see one check clear first. Station reduced the
time to pay back for lines of under $10,000 to 14 days some might be as
short as a week. International high rollers get months to pay it back.

most casino's want you to think that the Marker must be repaid before you
leave Vegas, but she said " the Nevada Law states it must be repaid within
30 days after accepting the money". True or False, I am not sure because I
have yet to try it and hope I never have to.

comps. A Marker is a line of credit tied to your checking account.

They will fax or email, if they can, you a form to complete along with a
copy of a check from your account. They will run your credit and determine
your average balance, etc.
